Luxury Powder Room
This custom vanity and detailed polished nickel hardware bring the lux feel to this powder room. The home is located on a farm, so there had to be natural elements in the space to relate to the surroundings. The custom hickory mirror and wood shelves add warmth to the space and compliment the wall colour. Not a detail was missed in this beautiful space.
This stylish and functional farmhouse mudroom has to perform many duties. Located in Tottenham, ON- on a working farm it sees a lot of wear and tear from everyday country living. From work boots, to dogs to school bags, it has to be able to handle it all. The tile design in the dog shower is unique and helps break up all the straight lines of the hard surfaces. The wood-look tile flooring has an eye-catching design and is a godsent for hiding dirt. The custom built-ins are designed for function, painted a rich warm colour to compliment the flooring and to serve as a focal point in the space.
This client wanted interior design help to renovate and update their lower level living room. They felt that they had enough of the piece meal approach in the past and it was time for a complete and finished look. We had previously worked together on their living room and dining room and now it was time for the lower level. It was imperative that we had a design concept for the lower level that tied in with the other finished rooms in the house. This space allows for the whole family including the furry friends to enjoy, thanks to carefully selected fabrics and finishes.
Light and Bright
Living Room & Dining Room
This well-traveled client wanted a luxurious yet welcoming space to call home. We put together a colour palette for the whole main floor. The thought of how to tie everything together, overwhelmed this client. They are busy folks and needed a design plan and execution. We brought everything to them and the completed space has created the home they always wanted.
This small but mighty ensuite got a complete overhaul. Our client was overwhelmed with all the choices and had no idea where to begin. It was important to change the overall layout of the bathroom to ensure every square inch was maximized. The bathroom colour palette had to be carefully selected as it had to relate to the Master Bedroom—which was only getting a small facelift. The two spaces now work wonderfully together and the rooms flow.
Warm and inviting was on this client’s wish list. Their kitchen renovation needed to provide an updated look that was functional, bright and kept up with their lifestyle. Our client had no idea where to begin with their kitchen renovation or how to achieve what they needed. In order to accomplish what they were looking for and to ensure a cohesive space, they brought us onboard. We took the pressure off and assisted with the new layout, selected countertops, kitchen cabinets, backsplash tiles, hardware, lighting and new flooring. This complete and pulled together look breathed new life into the heart of this home.
This client needed her main floor finished and complete. She was starting a new life and wanted her home to be comforting and inviting. She didn’t have the time or money to make costly mistakes. There were a few pieces our client already had that we needed to work with. However, the space needed some larger furniture items and all the finishing touches to bring in the warm and cozy.
“Wow- it feels like home”, was our clients reaction when she saw the finished space.
This boy’s bathroom was brand new construction. This 3-piece bathroom had to be timeless yet have a sense of style. The classic penny tile was the jumping off point. The use of different grout colours, adding a black stripe in the shower and matte black fixtures brought the space to the next level. They boys are beyond happy and somehow even fight less (just kidding-no design can help with that ?)
This client needed her main floor finished and complete. She was starting a new life and wanted her home to be comforting and inviting. She didn’t have the time or money to make costly mistakes. For this dining room we added some texture to the wall and brought in pieces that softened all the hard surfaces. Many a dinner and drinks have been shared around this table, and we hear rumours that no one ever wants to leave.
I have an appreciation for beautiful spaces but I have no idea how to put it all together. I always seem to pick the wrong paint colours. This is why I decided to hire Pam from Pamela Lynn Interiors for my kitchen renovation and for an Airbnb apartment reno. She went out of her way all the time to help me choose the right colours, fabrics and furniture for each room based on my needs. The process was really fun and the results are gorgeous. I get a lot of compliments from our family, friends and Airbnb guests. I really appreciate it how easy it was to work with Pam. I highly recommend her services.
